2 or as many for heat Jalapenos
1 big Can of whole tomatoes (drained)
1/2 of 1/2 of an Onion
1/2 a bush of Cilantro (un manojo)
Garlic Salt
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil jalapeno chiles, add a CAN of whole tomatoes (drained), a piece of onion, some cilantro and garlic salt to taste blend all together

Or

Instead of canned tomatoes boil tomatoes and drain completely and dice up onions and cilantro for chunky salsa.

Or

Asa(grill) Tomatoes and Jalapenos on comal until well done (take some of the burnt skin off and add everything else to blender and do it that way.
