• About 2 cups of Dried Shrimp (Take tail off) finely blended/grated.
• 2 large tomatoes cubed
• 1 small purple onion thinly sliced
• 2 large cucumbers cubed
• 2 carrots grated
• About 1 cup of Tapatio hot sauce (more or less depending on how hot you want it).
• About 5 juicy Limes
• Salt if needed only for taste.

1. In a large bowl Mix all the Ingredients above and put in fridge until ready to eat.

2. Eat with Tostadas or tortilla chips
