Ingredients: 1 bag or box of Any Noodles Packet of Knorr for Soups (Sopa) or any other brand (they have stars, fideo, noodles, conchas, alphabet) 2 to 3 tablespoons of tomato paste 1 half of an onion minced/chopped small 2 tomatoes chopped up into small or medium size squares 1 square of Knorr chicken tomato bullion (crumble and mix well) A little oil (any type) about 3 to 4 tablespoons 1 tablespoon of Garlic salt Dash of pepper Dash of cumin Salt to taste
Extras: If you have left over rotisserie chicken or bacon you can add it and bring everything to a boil.

Directions:1. Get your pot and heat up the oil and then add the noodles. Add the onions and let them get a little brown as well. Mix continuously so that the noodles and onions do not burn.
2. Next add plenty of water. I would say about 8 to 10 cups of water. Add the packet of knorr, the tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken bullion, garlic, pepper, cumin, and last the salt to taste. Mix
Let it come to a boiling point and put your heat to a low. And let it get to the point to where the noodles are soft, the tomatoes look like they are a little dissolved. Then it is ready. Enjoy! |
