4 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. cold water
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in your mixer bowl adding the oil and water last. Mix on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (9x5"). Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
TOPPING: Spread 1/2 stick margarine on the top of each loaf and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Remove from pans.
