Pot of cooked pinto beans (make a day before)
3 lbs. Milanesa de ress (meat: Top Round Steak) cut into strips
2 pcks. Bacon
3 Tomatoes
10 Green tomatoes (jitomates verdes)
˝ of a bush of Cilantro
˝ of a small Onion
2 Garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of Knorr suisa (chicken seasoning)
Lemon
Cebollitas (Large Green Onions)
Salt

1st Blend:
Tomatoes

Cilantro
Onion
Garlic


Steps for Recipe:
1. Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook. After its done put to the side.

2. In the same bacon grease put the meat in and season with salt and Semi cook it until most of the blood is not visible.

3. Grab a big pot and pour in the meat

4. Pour in what you Blended and pour about half of the bean juice (about 2 cups or so or more ) only and the other half will be of water or bean juice which ever you prefer. Then you pour in as much beans as you want (about 2 cups of beans… more or so)



5. Pour 3 tablespoons of Knorr suisa (chicken bouillon/seasoning), Salt to taste & let it boil. Once at boiling point add the bacon. Let it boil for about and extra 10 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with other ingredients and Enjoy!

On the side also (To Garnish):
Chopped onion, chopped cilantro, & chopped ravanos (radishes). Cebollitas (large green onions) cut the ends, wash well and put in pan with water to barely cover them and sauté and mix continuously until the water is completely evaporated.

And Salsa Roja (tomatillos verdes, chile de arbol toasted, 1 garlic- blend and salt and garlic to taste). Lemon to taste
