8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and halved)
1/2 c. butter softened
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. jack cheese sliced into 8 long pieces
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. sauterne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Pound chicken breasts thin.
Mix together the herbs and butter
Spread 1/2 seasoned butter on the cheese pieces and fold chicken around the cheese.
Dip in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs
place onto a greased baking dish and bake for 20 - 40 minutes

Melt remaining herb butter, mix with sauterne. Pour over chicken and bake 15-30 minutes more.
