4 disposable small pot pie dishes
1 pie crust
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 - 8 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º, defrost vegetables in the microwave for 2 minutes. Cut pie crust into quarters to yield 8 pieces. Coat inside of dishes with non-stick cooking spray and line each dish with a crust, molding it to fit. In a large bowl, combine soup and milk; add the remaining ingredients. Spoon 2/3 cup into each dish. Top each dish with a pie crust and pinch edges. Cut vents in the top and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes.
