3-4 cups pared apples
3 tsp. of Equal or 1/2- 3/4 cup Splenda
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/16 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. diet margarine or butter
double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make your favorite pie crust. Pare apples and slice thin. Combine sweetener, flour, spices and salt. Mix with apples and fill the crust. Dot apples with butter. Put on top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees and then lower temp to 350 degrees, baking for a total of 45 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick in pie center. Crust should be browned and apples tender.
