Red Sauce:
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
1 jar store Italian Sauce
Italian Sausage... cooked
Green Pepper: diced and cooked
Seasoning: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic, sugar, basil, flour..
Cheese Filling: 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning..
Large Manicotti shells.. 1 pkg.

Directions:
Brown sausage in bottom of pan with green peppers. Put in a little flour to help thicken sauce. Then place the rest of the ingredients for sauce in pan. Stir together.
Cook sauce in Dutch oven for a few hours or in slow cooker for 8 hours.

Filling: mix ingredients together and stuff into cooked shells..

Put some sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan and then place stuffed shells in pan leaving a little space between them. Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake til brown.
