1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. soda
1/2 t. cloves
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening and sugar and mix well. Add applesauce, cinnamon, soda and cloves; mixing well. Add flour, raisins and nuts. Turn into 13 x9 greased cake pan. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
