Ingredients:  
Bread Crumbs... Premade 2 pkgs. or stale white bread cubed.
3 eggs
Half and Half... 1-2 cups
Celery and onion - diced - 1 cup each
Turkey or chicken broth.. 2-3 cans
Dried cranberries - 1 cup
Cooked pork sausage - 1 lb.
Seasoning: salt, pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning, and sage
Optional: mandarin orange slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients together in large bowl and mix together. It should be juicy. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure it is cooked all the way through by sticking a fork in stuffing. It should come out clean. Then cut in squares and serve.
