1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
3 T. baking powder
3 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, egg and sugar; mix well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and applesauce, just until moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400* for about 25 minutes.
