5 lbs. Russet Potatoes
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 stick of butter
Garlic Salt, Salt, Pepper, Parsley

Peel, cut, and cook potatoes ( quarter)
Cut butter and cream cheese into cubes and place in bottom of bowl.
Add seasoning
Using electric mixer, mash ingredients together and serve. (Taste great reheated....
