lb. ground beef 2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. liquid pepper seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, milk, soup mix and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon beef mixture for each. Place on rack. Broil for about 7 minutes and turn until other side is brown. Makes about 30 Meat Balls. Prepare sauce by sauting onion and green pepper until tender. Mix remaining ingredients. Simmer until heated through, about 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups of sauce.
