Mahi Mahi washed and dried
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
Seafood seasoning or Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Turn grill on high -5 indoor grill. Let get hot.
Wash and dry fish. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on both sides.
Salt and pepper both sides and season with seafood or Cajun seasoning on both sides.

When grill is hot, place fish on for approx. 5 minutes. Then turn over for another 5 minutes. Do not over cook.

Mom also prepares Mahi-mahi by coating both sides with butter. Season with lemon pepper and season salt. Sprinkle with parsley and basil. After grill is oiled get hot then put on medium and put on fish. Turn over after 4 min. Turn heat to low. Fish is done when flakes easily.
