1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest
3 tbsp. butter, cut into 6 pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place wine, orange juice and zest into saucepan and bring to boil on medium high heat. Cook until syrupy, almost gone.
Turn heat to low and whisk in butter, 1 piece at a time. Do not allow to boil after butter added. Continue to heat until consistency of hollandaise.
