5 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups cream or 3 cups of half & half
5 cups whole milk
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs good, add the sugar and beat until stiff. Add the cream or half & half. Mix in the whole milk, vanilla and salt. Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer canister. Fill to top line with more milk if needed.

Process using the ice cream makers directions.
