4 c. flour
7 T. sugar
4 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt + a pinch
1/2 c. + 2 T. cold butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. + a small amount of more milk - if not moist enough
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, DO NOT THAW before adding)
2 T. milk

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In another bowl, whisk eggs and 3/4 c. milk; add to dry ingredients just until moistened (decide if more milk needed at this time), Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gently knead in the blueberries. Divide the dough in half. Pat each portion into an 8" circle; cut each into 8 wedges, Place on greased baking sheets. Brush with the 2 T. milk, shake a little bit of sugar over the top of the dough. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
