1 cup boiling water
1 cup walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 - 16 oz. can pork & beans, (liquid too)
3 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl pour the boiling water over the walnuts and let set. Combine eggs, sugar and oil. Mix well. Add pork and beans. Blend together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the egg mixture. Add the water and walnuts. Mix well and then add vanilla. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes ate 350 degrees. Freezes well.
