2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 cup onion, diced
garlic to your taste, minced or garlic salt or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. cumin
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 - 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 - 10 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. medium tortilla shells

Brown hamburger with your choice of seasonings. Drain and put hamburger back in the pan with the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin and the cheese. Mix the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce in a large bowl. Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sauce into the hamburger mixture. Heat and stir the hamburger mixture. Spread about 1/4 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Put hamburger mixture in the burrito shells, roll and place in the pan to bake. Pour about 3/4 of the sauce over the shells.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Take out of oven and pour the remaining sauce over the shells (especially the edges). Top with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
