1 - Boston Butt - Pork Shoulder
1 - 15 oz. can Chicken Broth
Seasonings for rub - your choice

Directions:

Rub seasonings over the entire butt; place the butt in a crock pot; add the chicken broth. Seal the top of the crock pot with aluminum foil. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours per pound. (EX: 7 lb. butt = 10 hours cook time).
The butt should jiggle like jello when it is done. Take the butt out of the juice, let set for 30 minutes and pull the meat and serve. Extra meat can be frozen for later enjoyment.
