5 oz sea bass
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 cup cauliflower florets
2 tbsp grated parmesan
salt and pepper
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 425. combine lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and parsley. Place sea bass in oven proof dish and top with sauce. bake in oven and bake for 20 minutes. spray cauliflower with spray and top with parmesan, bake in oven with fish.
