1/2 onion, chopped
2 ribs of celery, chopped
2/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 32 oz carton chicken stock
2 cups water
1 tomato, chopped
1 4.5 oz can green chilies
1 jalapeno
1 can black beans
1 lb chicken, cooked, shredded
1 avocado
1 tbsp low fat shredded cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients except avocado and cheese.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour, stirring often
top each serving with a little avocado and cheese.
