6 ears fresh corn, husks on
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
2 1/2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 finely chopped shallot
1 1/2 T. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pull the husks back from the corn, leaving them attached at the base. Pull off and discard the silks. Beat together the butter and the remaining ingredients. Spread 2 T. on each ear of corn. Sprinkle the corn with salt and pepper. Pull the husk up and around the corn and tie with kitchen twine. Preheat a barbecue or stovetop grill to medium heat. Grill the corn 6 minutes turning once. Close the cover on the grill and cook 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
