2 cups Whipping Cream (no substitutions)
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or Almond, Peppermint etc)
1 pkg Chocolate Wafers
Grated Chocolate, Chocolate Curls or Candied Cherries for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl beat cream with mixer on medium until it thickens a bit.
2. Add vanilla and sugar and beat on high until stiff peaks form.
3. Spread about 1 tbsp of whipping cream mix on each wafer and lightly stack.
4. Tip stacks on their edge on a platter making a log (easiest to make 2 shorter logs and then push them together).
5. Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream and top with grated chocolate, chocolate curls, grated chocolate or candied cherries.
7. Chill at least 4 hours.
8. Cut into diagonal slices to serve.
