2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 T. butter or margarine
1 onion, diced
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion in 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with the hash browns, cheese, soups and sour cream. Put all into a pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sauté the corn flakes in 2 tablespoons of butter and put on top of the baked potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
