1 1/2 lbs Salmon Fillets
Lemon Pepper - to taste
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Oil
Garlic Clove - minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper and salt.
2. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil and garlic until sugar is dissolved
3. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture. Seal and turn to coat.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

5. If cooking on a grill - preheat to medium heat & lightly oil the grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill and discard marinade. Cook for 6 - 8 mins per side - or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

6. OR

7. If cooking in oven - wrap in foil and cook at 425º for approx. 15 mins. When the foil is opened - flip it over (will be a beautiful caramelized crust on the bottom).
