1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worchester sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3 cup milk 2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup bread crumbs

Topping mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms and cheese together. roll out like a jelly roll and put cheese and mushrooms in the center and roll up to enclose. form in a circle in a round casserole dish. Cover with topping and wax paper then cook for 30 min. on 70percent.

Now there's the real recipe.. I use a whole envelope of onion soup mix and I just mix the cheese and mushrooms into the meat. I just season as much as I like. And my bread crumbs are usually just 3 slices of bread tore into small pieces. you know it's meatloaf!!!!
