1 box Pillsbury Yellow Butter recipe cake mix
1 sm. cam Mandarin Oranges and juice
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
chopped nuts if desired

Frosting: 1 3 oz. box Vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. container of cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice

Directions:

Pre heat 325º
Grease and flour cake pans
Mix first 4 or 5 ingredients and pour into cake pans
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Frosting: Mix all 3 ingredients together and spread on and between layers.
KEEP REFRIGERATED
