3 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. cold butter
1 egg
1 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 t. vanilla extract
2 t. milk
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the egg, yogurt and vanilla just until combined. *Make sure the ingredients are combined - don't try to fold ingredients in while kneading. You will over-knead and it will be tough**

Turn onto a floured surface; knead 6-8 times.

Roll into a 9" circle; cut into eight wedges (not too thick). Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with milk; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
