3 lbs. meat, cut into strips about 3/8" thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. worcestershire sauce
2 t. Accent
2 t. seasoned salt
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. onion powder
1 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into strips and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Mix well. Submerge meat strips completely in marinade. Marinade overnight, turning if necessary. Lay marinaded strips on oven rack. Cook at 150* for 6 - 8 hours. The strips get crisper the longer they bake. Store finished jerky in zip-lock bags or other airtight containers. Jerky will keep up to 2 years.
