1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1 2/3 c. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
