1/3 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/8 t. salt
3 egg yolks
3/4 C. thawed frozen cranberry-raspberry juice
2/3 C. water
1 T. unsalted butter
1 t. lemon juice
1 9 inch pie shell , baked

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar,cornstarch & salt in med. sz. sauce pan.Beat together yolks, juice & water in small bowl. Gradually stir into cornstarch mixture til smooth. Bring to boiling over med, heat, stirring constantly, cook 1 min. more. Remove from heat, stir in butter & lemon juice.Pour into pie shell.

2. Preheat oven to 350º .

3. Using pkg. meringue powder, prepare as pkg. directions.

4. Spoon onto pie.

5. Bake in pre heated oven 15 min.. or til meringue is lightly browned . Cool. Serve.
