Crust:
1/2 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb ground beef

Filling:
1 1/3 c Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 c Cans tomato sauce
1 c grated cheese
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crust ingredients well. Pat into a greased pie pan.
Combine rice, tomato sauce, water and 1/4 c cheese. Spoon rice mixture into meat shell. Cover and foil. Bake at 350º to 375º for 35 min. uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
