2/3 c wild rice or a mixture of white and wild
2 c celery, chopped
2-3 c water
1 T soy sauce
2 t chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1 t salt
2 whole skinned chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
In buttered 2 quart casserole, mix rice, celery, water, chicken bouillon and salt. Place chicken on top of rice mixture, brush with soy sauce. Cover dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 º for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
