Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg./boxes Parmesan cheese pasta sauce mix (any brand, skinny or fat noodles are ok) and any ingredients needed to prepare the noodle's mix
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 c. fresh broccoli, cut into 1" pieces
Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta mixes according to package directions - make in a large enough pot to add the chicken and broccoli later.

Meanwhile in a large skillet, place broccoli pieces with a little bit of water and saute until almost tender. Turn up burner and add chicken pieces. Add a little canola oil as chicken is cooking and broccoli is becoming tender. Do not overcook chicken or it will be very dry. When cooked completely, drain off excess oil and water. Add chicken and broccoli to the fully cooked noodles. Mix well and let stand for a few minutes to absorb excess liquid. Stir again and serve.

Personal Notes:
So very easy - can be changed up with different kind of vegetable, noodles or even the meat.
