1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium) - can add extra, makes more moist
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 T. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats - DO NOT USE Wrong kind of oatmeal
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips (options: use mini chips, add more than 1 c.) - extra chocolate = better
3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 8" x 4" x 2" loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
