1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 crushed garlic

1/2 lb spaghetti

19 oz canned tomatoes
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to bottom of 2 quart casserole (I use roaster)

Cook spaghetti according to packages. Drain, layer over meat

Break up large tomato chunks. Pour over top of spaghetti. Spoon soup over tomatoes. Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered in 350ºF oven for 30 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Cover halfway through cooking if cheese starts to dry.
