1/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
4 T. butter (1/2 stick butter)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar and butter and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. When it comes to a boil, quit stirring and boil for 1 minute (timed). Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow and blend until all have melted and the frosting is smooth. Let cool before putting on the cake.
