3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4-6 T. cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
2/3 cups Canola oil
2 cups water

Directions:
In large bowl mix the dry ingredients together. Add all the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 22-27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cake taste better the next day.
