1 egg
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) french onion soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 T. flour
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. mustard
6 c. cooked noodles

Directions:
In bowl, beat egg. Stir in 1/3 c. soup, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add beef. Shape into six oval patties. Brown in skillet over medium heat 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside; discard drippings. In skillet, combine flour and water until smooth; add ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Return patties to skillet. Cover, simmer 15 minutes or until no longer pink. Serve patties and gravy over noodles.
