4 chicken breast
2 T. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom stems
1/4 c. white wine (or broth)
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Place in greased baking dish. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until done. Serve over noddles or rice. Garnish with almonds.
