1 pkg (12 oz) Kluski noodles
1 1/2 pound hot Italian Sausage
1 med white onion, diced
1 jar (16 oz) pizza sauce
1 pkg hot and spicy pepperoni
1 jar (8 oz) spaghetti sauce
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 C water
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion. Drain. Add sauces and pepperoni to meat mixture.
Layer everything in crock pot and serve once noodles are done.

If this is going to be in the crock pot for a long duration, I don't cook the noodles. That way they will be done when it's time to eat and not mushy. If you will eat soon, you can cook and drain the noodles first.
