1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. mace
1/2 t. prepared mustard
2 1/2 T. milk
1 egg
1 T. butter, soft

Lemon butter:
3 T. butter, melted
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 t. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburg, cracker crumbs, seasonings, milk and egg. Mix. Place foil on broiler pan and pat meat into shape of sirloin - about 1/2" thick. Brush with soft butter. Broil 4" from heat for 15 - 20 minutes. Do not turn. Serve with lemon butter.
Lemon butter:
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.
