1 lb. hamburg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 c. potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 T. parsley
1/4 t. salt
dash of pepper
4 bacon strips, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburg, 1/2 of soup, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie plate. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Combine potatoes and remaining soup, mix until fluffy. Spread over meat crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Let stand a few minutes.
