3 oz. Pkg. Lime Gelatin
1 C. Boiling Water
1 C. Crushed Pineapple
1 C. Cottage Cheese
1/2 C. Celery (cut-up)
1/2 C. Walnuts (cut-up)
Frosting:
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)

Dissolve jello with water. Let gel, add remaining ingredients. When solid, frost.

This was my Grandma Mabel Wert Plunkett's recipe. I remember her telling me Grandpa (Arthur) Plunkett did not care for jello, because he "didn't like food that moved"! We often had it on Sunday's or Easter. I always think of her when I make it.
