3-4 lb. boneless brisket
garlic salt
pepper
potatoes (amount desired)
oil or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket with garlic salt and pepper. Roll brisket and tie with cord; cut and tie different places. Bake in a 350º oven until tender. Place on dish and remove cord and slice; serve with juice from meat. Peel potatoes and cut in halves. Boil half done; drain and place in deep baking dish with hot oil in a 350º oven. Bake until brown on all sides.
