3 T butter
1/2 c brown sugar
8 3/4 oz crushed pineapple
1 lb ground ham
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c milk
1/4 c juice from pineapple
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x5 loaf pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Spread pineapples over brown sugar layer. Combine remaining ingredients and press into pan on top of pineapples. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Invert loaf and serve.
