chicken cutlets
egg
cornflake crumbs
oil for frying
1 onion

sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º
dip cutlets into egg and then cornflake crumbs
fry in oil until a bit crispy
saute 1 onion and then add sauce mixture
place fried cutlets in a 9X13 pan
pour sauce on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
cook for 20-25 minutes uncovered
