Perogy Casserole Recipe

Perogies
Onions
Butter
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Grated Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Line a shallow pan with perogies (frozen is fine)
In a separate pan fry up some onions and butter. Just carmelize them slightly. Pour over the perogies.
In a separate bowl combine mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over the perogies and onions.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the mixture.
Bake in oven at 350º for an hour or so. Delicious !
